Raz is a Seattle artist who fuses different genres of music like folk, Rock, blues, opera, electronic, even movie scores with a solid raspy voice that is somewhere between rap, poetry and passionate conversation. Each song is a story, dialog, a blog entry, and one more chapter written in Raz’s biography; no memoir. Raz prides himself in keeping each and every lyric real and true to the life he has lived. Luckily for his listeners the life he has lived has a lot of depth. From public to private school, from the pulpit to pimpin, from dope man to club owner, from guns to guitars, and from the streets to the suits.
